About Science - Technology:

- Develop missions, working plans, and organize scientific and technology activities in the University.
Manage the scientific research and scientific and technological information, organize the acceptance, assessment of the scientific research works, give instructions about copyrights and ownership of Technology, guide, monitor scientific workshop, seminar; organize the participation of domestic and international scientific and technological award.
- Propose solutions, organize the joint scientific and technological research with regions, universities and research institutions domestically and internationally
- Be the Secretary for the Science and Training Council and Professor title Council of Ho Chi Minh city University of Education.
- Implement the fortuity work regarding scientific and technological field according to the Principal’s direct.

About Environmental studies:

- Organize the research, survey, assess the effectiveness of the work on information and propaganda on climate change and the protection, response against disaster in the educational field.
- Propose solutions for diversification in types and enhancement in educational capacity on climate change and the protection, response disaster in the University;
- Coordinate to inform, advocate, enhance knowledge and skills on responding against climate change and preventing, responding against disaster in accordance with each learning grade and major.
- Deploy, coordinate to implement the work related to the environment in the scope of the University.

About Journal of Science:

- Announce valuable scientific research projects, serve the teaching and training of the University; inform about the result of the domestic and international scientific research in order to serve the work on teacher training, advocate the guidelines, policies, and path of the Party and the Government in the educational field.
- Work under Press Laws and under the regulations of the University.

About Science - Technology and Environmental studies:

- Focus on both fundamentals scientific research and educational science, prioritizing the promotion of educational scientific research orientated towards renewing targets, programs, textbooks, teaching materials, teaching methods, quality assessment and accreditation methods at all levels;
- Relate scientific research at the University to High schools and the needs of local areas and fields.
Promote the work of propaganda about hygiene and environment issue in the University.

About Journal of Science:

- Raise the responsibility of the Editorial Board and critiques.
- Keep improving the forms of the Journal and ensure the quality of the research papers.
- Apply information technology to improve the process of receiving, criticizing, adjusting, editing;
- Stabilize the number of 12 issues per year (200 pages each) with three thematic subjects: Educational Science, Natural Science, and Social Science and Humanity;
- Produce special issues with all the posts written in English.
